What we are looking for


A champion to sell IFP Lebanon events by generating client interest, qualifying prospects, and closing deals in the Lebanese market. The role also includes selling our shows in IFP stations. You need a can-do attitude with a real hunger to make money and win clients.


Your main tasks will be

  • Develop strong knowledge of each show within assigned portfolio using all available marketing collateral
  • Identify and get new business via outbound calls or face to face meetings on a daily basis and maintain accurate sales data on the CRM
  • Sell exhibition space and value added products such as sponsorship or advertising opportunities to both previous and new exhibitors
  • Build and maintain a targeted marketing list using the CRM tool for each show
  • Coordinate with the database team where needed for maintaining an accurate and up-to-date client database
  • Coordinate with the Operations team for all show related floorplan updates and onsite to ensure the smooth running of the event
  • Provide accurate weekly sales activity and pipeline report to the direct manager


Do you have what it takes? 

Education: BS/BA degree required


Experience: 2 to 3 years in face to face sales preferably in events field


Language: High Proficiency in English and Arabic. French is a plus

Collection Officer
IFP Lebanon - Hazmieh

Job Role:

Develop the collection system on a group level and implement the collection activities in line with IFP accounting procedures and local financial and legal requirements in coordination with the sales teams and accounting team members.

Duties Summary



  • Coordinate with accounting for all client invoices generated and review specific payment terms if any
  • Develop a payment schedule for clients depending on their historical data or agreement with IFP
  • Follow up with clients on payments following the payment schedule agreed on, through phone, email, or client visits
  • Track whether cash, cheque, or bank transfer payments are received in coordination with cashier and accounting counterpart
  • Negotiate credit extensions to clients where needed
  • Prepare the doubtful payments file; transfer doubtful cases to the lawyer for legal action and follow up until resolution of the cases
  • Seek the help of salespeople to interfere for pending collections
  • Generate and update aging reports on a regular basis
  • Coordinate with the Group Financial Controller & the Chief Accountant to build the collection database and implement them with IT
  • Provide financial auditors with all data needed

Sales commission

  • Compute and update the sales commission of internal sales people within the group following the set commission scheme
  • Prepare sales commissions of International Agents as per the agency agreements

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 2-3 years in a similar role
  • Excellent communication, and organization skills
  • Integrity and Dependability in fulfilling obligations on time

  • Advanced excel knowledge

Educational Background:

  • BS in Accounting or Finance required

CRM Support Intern (Paid Internship)
IFP Lebanon - Hazmieh

What we are looking for

We're looking for energetic, detail and customer oriented people who are pleasant over the phone.


Your main tasks will be

  1. Enter exhibitions visitors’ data including individual name, position, company, company address, email, phone number, and other details into IFP's Customer Relationship Management system
  2. Verify entered data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data
  3. Modify incomplete information, remove duplicates and report them to the database department supervisor
  4. Execute data research and updates through conducting phone calls to visitors
